- Chivari Chairs, 60” Round Tables, (Enough for seating up to 200ppl) 8’ Rectangular Tables (Additional space available for events up to 400 but would require Tent, Chair, Table and Utilities Rentals)
- Usage of 31’ Luxury Restroom Trailer (Men’s, Ladies and Handicapped accessible/ Climate controlled) (Restroom Pumpout Fee $300 included)
- All Utilities (Heating/Cooling, Electric, Lighting, Water)
- Set Up/Breakdown and Cleaning of Event Space
- Complimentary Parking
- Wi/Fi Access
